How? The emergency fund is $5 billion. SNAP monthly costs are $9.8 billion.

Lets see if Trump will actually do it. He (Trump) said that he will find away to fund SNAP. I know the perfect way to fund SNAP...... Take the money YOU are spending on the "Gold Ballroom" and use it to fund SNAP. I also think that will be enough to fund other things also. But, Trump is no better than Hitler was. And Trump is as crazy as Hitler was, too. Trump's only concerned is for himself and what will benefit him. I can't wait for his time in office to be over with. Snap benefits are only oprorated through Congress Trump has no authority to do it.
This only happens when a Republican led government rules. This should of never happened. These people don't want to lead, they want to rule like a kings government. When you have Federal judge's stepping in to give out federal orders to feed people, you have a government who obviously doesn't care. The Federal judges have been the last line against Trump for both terms. Seems they won't let him break the Constitutional system.

There isn’t enough “emergency funds” to give taxpayer money to people who don’t contribute. It should only be for elderly, infirm and children and should not cover garbage food. Too many people on assistance are able bodied.
