As far as I am concerned "shall not be infringed" means no gun law where it be federal, state or local is legal.
Weed should not be considered a 1 that is crazy and alcohol is worse .
Marijuana is a Schedule one Controlled Substance thats the problem, it has to be taken off the Schedule one Controlled substance list.People always say what about alcohol it’s worse than marijuana but people who use alcohol aren’t prohibited from owning firearms.Alcohol isn’t a Schedule one Controlled Substance.
And this my dear friend. Why I’ve never asked for medical card. As of right now in Louisiana. States if you have medical card you loose your right to possess a firearm. Thousands that have one. Has no ideal they lost there rights. This has to change bc. Alcohol prescription drugs. Those people are allowed to possess a fire but when it comes to marijuana medical card, you lose your rights

Here in the state of Oklahoma, you don’t lose your second amendment rights for being a cannabis card holder. What’s more, in Oklahoma you do not need a license to conceal carry. I always carry when I’m out and about and you can walk into a dispensary with your gun on your hip here.
That's a dumb waste of time. The courts' power is to interpret the paw that congress enacted, its clearly illegal as marijuana is federally schedule 1. If you want to change the law, you go to congress, not the courts.
Way past time for the feds to get over the 30s Reefer Madness days and get up to date and end federal prohibition against marijuana once and for all.

I think people who smoke week should be allowed to have a gun, considering the states that have legalized weed regulate it like alcohol, and there is no law saying "if you drink, you can't own a gun"

a federal appeals judge in New York stated that the only way Constitutional Rights can be taken away is by incarceration or by 2 independent psychiatric evaluations. If that is upheld then that would eliminate the law that convicted felons not being able to vote or own firearms. Up until 1968 when a person was released from prison and had a firearm before going to prison , that firearm was returned to him upon his release.

SCOTUS works for the people to ensure the government obeys our constitution. So show me where smoking weed is listed in our constitution?
