Nebraska voters approved medical cannabis in Nov. 2024 (71% yes), but the commission missed Oct. 1, 2025 licensing deadline & issued restrictive regs defying intent. Citizen recourse: - Urge legislators to override regs via bills. - Back lawsuits challenging rules (e.g., appeals to NE Supreme Court). - Submit public comments at commission meetings; join MPP advocacy. - Vote out anti-cannabis officials in 2026.

Same people gathering, friendly reporters covering, same articles are being written or televised, same reactions: It's pointless. There is no king, but these protestors have dangerous and authoritarian opinions that are concerning. 1. They profess to defend democracy, but reject the notion that they can lose elections & their leaders create hoaxes, use a minority filibuster, & use a kritarchy to undermine the majority mandate. 2. They use & celebrate violence to intimidate and silence opposing views. 3. They have supported prior administrations who did worse than what they are complaining about: usurping powers to fund mass bribes, lawfare against targeted political enemies, coercing social network platforms to silence & eject dissenting people while creating a dept of disinformation to harass US citizens for their free speech. 4. In 2022 polls, they had strong support for fines, firings, home arrest, prison camps, & even child removal of people speaking against/refusing a new vaccine.
