I retired as an Army Reservist & at one point I hired a person trainer to get the extra weight off which was about 7-10pounds. I saw other soldiers & officers who were more than 20 to 30 pounds overweight. They kept getting passes & extensions most of this goes on because of favoritism in the ranks and passing the buck. I was even given a compliment concerning my weight loss journey. I knew these people were getting a pass. However, I knew that since I wasn't in the "most popular group" I could forget looking for any favors. I knew I wanted to retire so I put together my own plan to reign in my extra pounds.🧐
