Illegals get free healthcare whether it is thru Medicare or just passed on in higher charges for people that have insurance or pay. That means one way or the other citizens are paying for free healthcare for illegals and also paying for their own .

Show up in any ER and you will seen for any emergency regardless of pay status. Most ERs are used as primary healthcare facilities by those unable to pay both citizens and undocumented immigrants. Taxes ultimately pays for that healthcare.
