look up "filibuster" smart guy. the democratic party has used the filibuster to shut down the government. everything slid right through House because there is no filibuster option for the minority party. Now that its in senate the democrats want us to send money to Haiti so the male prostitutes can take cooking and baking lessons. No sir, not my tax money!!!
