based on multiple video recordings and official accounts of the January 7, 2026, shooting of Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis, ICE agents did give her a command to exit the vehicle. The details of these commands include: Repeated Orders: Eyewitness and agent footage show agents loudly and repeatedly ordering Good to "get out of the car". Use of Force and Expletives: One agent approached the driver's side door, used an expletive while shouting the command, and attempted to yank the door handle open. Official Defense: Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem stated that agents "repeatedly ordered her to get out of the car and to stop obstructing law enforcement," but that she refused to comply. Following these commands, video shows Good backing up and then accelerating forward, turning the wheels of her Honda Pilot to the right as she attempted to leave the scene before being shot.
