I thought I was going to see the Capitol erupting but I guess problems like the bipartisan Congress don’t fix themselves. Forget about the CR for a minute and let’s talk about tonight’s REQUIRED Annual Fiscal Budget. I’d like to see what Congress has been doing for the last 12 months. If the required Fiscal Budget isn’t complete, turn in what you have and we can talk about how much salary and expense account expenditures Congress needs to refund to the people for not completing one of their primary and required functions.
