What a coincidence, the Congressional Fiscal Budget is due in four days to prevent the threat of a Government Shutdown and also lessens the need for fraud laden Continuing Resolutions (CR) that are never completely read prior to passage. Let me guess, all these theatrics are to distract from Congress passing a Fiscal Budget as described by the constitution.
