Asked and answered. Case was under development during Biden administration. Facts were being uncovered. Too soon to open the case publicly while other statements and facts were being researched/gathered, revealed and assessed. Doing so might have allowed important facts to be misconstrued or even discounted without all the facts now known. Even now there is a lot of damage control. Too big a case to be rolled out as a spectacle. Facts matter. Victims matter. Truth matters.
