What is he "preparing" for? Pritzker and Johnson "can" require LE to stand down and not cooperate....but that doesn't mean the citizens won't..

Crime has only escaltated over the hundred plus years that my family has lived in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Illinois has never cared about fixing the root issues behind the majority of crime. They only do day-to-day police work and handle an occasional flare-up. Crime not only has never been worse than it is now, but it has severely spiked over the last five or so years. They have lost control, with smash and grabs, street takovers, auto theft with children in the back, senseless acts of violence, and increased murder rates. The general sense of safety in Chicago no longer really exists, and definitely not at night. We need all the help we can get to go after the sources and, hopefully, at least make a dent in the right direction for once.

It's funny that pritzker is preparing for the possibility of National Gaurd in Chicago. What that means is that he is helping illegals as much as possible because the bottom line is that there isn't a damn thing he can do to stop them. I just wish pritzker supported the legal citizens of Illinois as he does the illegals.
