The Supreme Court has ruled many times that the immigration and naturalization laws of the United States are a Federal Government responsibility and falls within the Executive Branch to enforce. These low level small District Judges that are Democrat appointed are interfering directly in the Executive Branch enforcing the laws of the country. They are legislating from the bench. When these temp rulings move up the Court system the Appellate Courts always overrule the low level judges. That's why you will not see Trump or his staff show any frustration with the courts because they know that the initial ruling will be overturned
