Law and order is finally returning to our country! Basing something on the financial situation of the criminal is a ridiculous and absurd notion. It only results in the criminal disappearing into the wind and never being held accountable for their crimes. The same applies to the lenient and sometimes non demonstration that the crime deserves which makes the criminal think they can continue their criminal activities. So, this is just the beginning of what needs to be done in order to restore law and order to our country and minimize the crime rates in society. That applies to criminals of All AGES!

If you just release a killer back into the general population and wait for him to show up for trial, he’s not gonna show back up. This could be almost any criminal.
