Chicago is not a killing field right now. And he will do nothing to address the gun trafficking that goes into Illinois. If a war on drug trafficking reduces drug crimes then a war on gun trafficking can reduce gun crimes as well. Not once have i heard him want to go after serious fun traffickers from surrounding states. Just dumping troops in a city doesn't create a permanent impact on crime.
