How about voting on it? You are supposed to be representing we the people. Not ruling your subjects like a communist does. All mandates are illegal and unconstitutional. Telling your subjects what they can buy (with their own money) and own. Like cars, lawnmowers, guns, generators, leaf blowers, all the way to the kitchen sink. This takes rights and freedoms from Americans as you rule like a King.
