What a waste of taxpayers money with a parade just so Trump can impress his voters. $30 million and would have gone a long way of paying down the deficit by Trump wanted to celebrate his birthday. Then the crowds were small and Trump got up and left early because he was sleepy or wanted to play more golf. We didn’t need to give in to Trump. All military retired,!reserves, active duty and veterans know how much Americans appreciate them without a costly military parade.

This is to all of you commenters, complaining about a measly $30 million spent on a parade, which was for the Army's birthday, not for Trump's birthday. I can tell you've never been in the military. Well, I have, over thirty seven years ago. I thought it was about time that they finally celebrated the military for a change, instead of just expecting them to defend us every day without any appreciation. By the way, I bet you are the same complainers that never mentioned about the 30 billion dollars that Biden left in military equipment in Afghanistan in August of 2021, when he pulled out all the troops. I wonder which one costs more- 30 billion or 30 million? I'm sure even you guys can figure that one out.

I'm a veteran and it sickens me that people were offended by this parade. Less than 1 % of the population puts everything on the line for 99 % and you object to recognizing what we have done. That is beyond sickening...it's repulsive!
it was June 14th, Flag Day. It was for our wonderful and courageous military, which is well deserved. Democrats would have been all for it if there was a Democrat in office. it was a great parade!!
