It's about time if you come to America you need to learn the language, go to another country and ask them for government forms in English they will laugh you out of their office

Good. I have a disabled, non verbal child who spent the entire year without a speech teacher, cuz they didn't have the money to hire one! That's unacceptable when they have plenty of money to pay for bilingual aids n teachers! for illegals
