The Supreme Court only gives its opinion if Constitutional or not, no real power or authority to over ride the Commander and Chief the President. Only 2 organizations have that power, Congress through impeachment and the Military for HIGH TREASON. That's also why the Military's Sworn Constitutional Oath wasn't to the Government, but to the Constitution. That's why the Bill of Rights is so important for it limits the government power, and guarantees the citizens rights.
