I don't care what the intellectual ability is. Murders should be executed !
Why would they stop the execution? He murdered 3 people, including 2 children. He's been on death row SINCE 1989 - 36 YEARS. There are at least 6 others who received the death penalty in the 80's. This is ridiculous! Clean House!

Has been about 40 years since he was convicted! Just another attempt to further delay! His three victims had NO delay of execution! Such a perversion of justice! He and his immoral attorneys should ALL be punished NOW! Even if he is intellectually challenged that is NOT an excuse. He has had MORE than fair justice. His victims had none!
