You can't tell me that those police officers don't look more like gang members attacking someone. This is exactly why people don't want to call the police for help. I know they got aggravated with him for not doing what they said but what was the reason for slapping him, and then on top of that, the other officer punching him in the face while pulling his neck forward as another one is pulling his head back by the hair. I rather take my chances facing a criminal rather than call for help and end up getting my a** whooped by my supposed "savior".
