Yeah, in fact Mexico doesn't allow non citizens to own beach front property. Unlike here where China is buying up all the residential real estate then jacking up the rental prices. NJ passed a law that corporations can't buy up that anymore. We should have that everywhere. That's called a monopoly.
Some people are illegally invading Mexico. It's driving the costs up for everyone, especially real estate. The Mexicans are complaining about it. That's funny, right? They are deporting them back to America. I remember in Trump's first term, they were complaining that they don't have the space for the deported. See, they came here and popped out a half dozen kids. So now instead of two, they have to take back seven. They said they couldn't do it.
