The idiot MAGA who posted this thinks this was a win for Trump/MAGA. 馃榿馃槀MAGAs are the most politically illiterate voters in the country.
Police officers used that initial precedent to get away with murder.Now they have to be more tactful.
The Officer stood on a moving vehicle. Apparently the Officer decided to call vehicle movement a threat to his life. Taking this issue in context. The Officers actions created the threat in his mind. And perception doesn't equal fact. Does a moving car equal a threat to life. The vehicle wasn't aimed at the Officer. He originally wasn't in the vehicle, thus creating a threat. The suspect didn't have a weapon in hand, establishing a threat. The Officer did step onto the moving vehicle, and seconds later fired his weapon, killing the suspect.

From what we can see from the video, this was a tragic and, in my opinion, unnecessary situation. I grieve with the family. The problem that I can see is that I don't believe the officers life was in danger. He may have paniced, but he fired into the car blindly at first, then aimed and fired into the car and sadly delivered a fatal shot.As a combat veteran I know things can get pretty hairy when the shooting starts but at that close range and no firearm threat against him could he have shot the leg or smacked the guy in the ear with the barrel of the gun or something. In my opinion, this whole scene should not have resulted in someone being killed. Prays for both the families and the officer as well. No matter what the situation, taking anyone's life is something you never forget.
