slavery happened to every culture, race, or whatever you want to call it. sure, it helped build this country the same as it did the world. now look who ended slavery, the west, and with that came hundreds of thousands of deaths to do so. the only thing owed to anyone is a thank you to those who gave everything to stop it.

They were also bred in breeding plantations as well. if you study American history you will see that every race and poor class person has been used and abused at some point in time. it's elite vs peasant or poor vs rich.
