so they did have the background check when they purchased the firearm, not everybody is going to be able to legally carry that firearm such as felons or people with domestic battery backgrounds as well as individuals that have medical marijuana cards, firearm is going to have to be holstered properly and can't just sit in a pocket or in your waistband it actually needs to be in a legitimate holster
so now they are given permission for illegals and criminals to kill whoever and police and each other.wow

welcome to arkansas! we lawful carry out here concealed or open. and you dont hear about gun violence up here. our kids know more about these life saving options than most ever will! we used to have shot guns in our back glasses at the high-school we attended. and yet you dont see, a single bullet hole in those halls. alot of skeet shooting trophies though!
