Considering that he expressly said that he would NOT pardon some of those people I don't think that it is out of question to investigate them ...
Those “pardons” are a pure admission of guilt. They should all be in prison

So almost every time he was asked questions as to WHY he did or didn't do something...he actually DID NOT lie,vit was done unbeknownst to him by someone else and signed with auto pen. If any bill was signed with autopen, its not valid... Bills are the only thing that has to be hand signed...
