I think it’s a good idea as long as the federal government backs the states plans. It’s for sure FEMA isn’t doing their job. They have 20,000 employees and can’t handle the disasters we have right now

He's right. FEMA only gets in the way, delay thing through endless red tape, and fuck up what the do attempt. I'm with President Trump, give the money to the state and let them handle recovery efforts. Things will get done better, faster, and cheaper, and even more importantly, things will get done. FEMA giving almost all their funds to ILLEGAL ALIEN INVADERS was the last straw for most people. And, don't forget that FEMA denied rescue and assistance to people they felt supported Trump. If they saw a Trump flag or sticker they wouldn't even bother going to the house to see if anyone needed help. How many good people died because FEMA has TDS and refused to do thier job? That's just downright evil. Good riddance to FEMA, and power to the states.
