Because Caesar Chavez' historical views on ILLEGAL MIGRANTS isnt going over with the RADICAL LEFT AGENDA, and its REALLY hard to make money on him now. For the record Chavez opposed ILLEGAL MIGRANTS because they undercut the wages of HISPANIC CITIZENS, which resulted in their quality of life being reduced. Furthermore Chavez created his own border patrol attempting to keep ILLEGAL MIGRANTS out of the country. (This is typical early 20th Century UNION behaviors, physically blocking SCABS that would cross the picket lines.) So poor Caesar is getting "Julian Assanged", more than two decades after his death, by his former partners, because his legacy can no longer generate $$$. Also, Dolores Huerta became partners with Richard CHAVEZ, Caesar's brother, and had 4 children with him. I guess we're supposed to believe that California Law Enforcement and Agricultural Corporations wouldn't have paid handsomely for this information in the 1970's?!? Im calling BS.

Dolores Huerta’s silence for over sixty years would not make her a hero worthy of having her name replace Mr. Chávez on his avenue. For the victims who came after her, such silence could be seen as complicity—because, if true, she had the power to act during her leadership and failed to stop the abuse.
I heard the stories when I was in grade school and Jr High from kids whose parents were farm workers. The stories of sex abuse and drug activity were known by many but over looked do to pressure.
