Conveniently forgot to mention that gas stations pay more for property rental and lease than other states, especially next to the freeway. If you own a plot of land next to the freeway in Southern California and it’s zoned for a gas station, it’s fucking golden!

Sorry, there's still refineries in Northern CA, and 5 +in Southern California. The war raised gas prices everywhere. Research the tanker that hit the pipeline in California's ocean in 2015. All the marine wildlife suffered. It was horrible trying to clean that mess.😪
Look at the Blue sky! We have cleaner air. At night, we see planets and stars in the sky here. Many people in other places see a brown haze. I researched it. Arnold added Gasoline tax that doesn't have a cap. It will always cost more in California. The workers are also being paid more in California. Chevron pays employees well, and costs more because they don't use that toxic chemical like the one that bought Exxon Mobil.
