The lawsuit was filed twice in federal court in California in 2016. It was voluntarily withdrawn shortly before the election. No evidence was tested in court, and no ruling on the truth of the claim was made. Because it was dropped, the allegations were never adjudicated (never proven or disproven in court)......

This is why the story is not credible. Rick James performed in 1980 and 1981. Neither time in Savanah. Trump and Epstein did not know each other in the early 80’s. Do people including media do any research anymore. This was investigated and deemed non credible for a reason.
