The brother n law did it.
You pay a ransom, and they still do the unthinkable. Sadly this is becoming more and more prevalent now. Sad that if you have money and are wealthy then your family is going to be targeted. People want what they want now. So this becomes the creeps option. That close to Mexico, she could have been taken there and will possibly never be released or found.
