I’m amazed that South Carolinians can’t drive in less than and inch of snow . All you have to do is slow down .
Because people wont slow down. They follow way to close, on snow covered roads. They also hold the brake people down. (tap it gently, it the tires slide, quickly let off then tap the break pedal again. Never hold the brake pedal down, when the tires are sliding on snow or ice) Also, go around corners very slow. its better to be slow and get their than drive fast, wreck your car and or pay a $80-120 tow bill.

It's not that hard to drive in the snow People , it only takes a little common sense and a reduction of speed.
I understand that some people have to work in this. At the same time work places need to be considering this is their lives they are putting on the line because they don't want to lose their jobs. They have bills to pay. It's already hard enough for them, stop making it harder. Lord knows if something happened to one of my children if they are out in this for a job!

I forgot how much southerners have ZERO idea how to handle “just a bit” of snow. Stores closed, flat out IDIOTS that it don’t take Einstein to know that snow means you slow the hell down. Think SC snow is bad? I’d gladly trade anyone to move to where me and the wife lived for over ten years. In North Dakota. Positive 20f? Try NEGATIVE 20f 6 inches of snow? Try driving in 6 FEET of snow. Once you do that for a decade than you’ll have room to moan.😆
Im sorry but I have no sympathy..... for ignorance .....keep your tail at home .....if you have to work and they fire you for not coming in hire a lawyer and make them pay you more $ for telling you to risk your life ......
Common sense, if you don’t have to go anywhere, don’t go folks!! It’s gonna cost you money or possibly a life. Hunker down.
