I'll believe it when I see it ,I know a guy who's on his tenth DUI and still has his license.
Shut all the bars down or close all the Wine and spirits stores down. You do that then you wouldn't have DUI issues. That won't happen because the State makes Millions of Dollars from the sale of Alcohol
Harsh punishment the very first time is what will work. Why allow repeat offenses before any serious penalty. These selfish idiots take so many innocent lives & destroy so many families.

Right… make it so you lose your license for 3 years if you drive drunk… I’m tired of hearing stories that folks causing accidents and death have multiple dui convictions Sometimes 5 or more… you should no longer have the right to drive after 3 incidents.. 3 strikes, you’re out

I was hit by a drunk driver (she broke my back) in 1987, my mother and father were hit by a drunk driver (parents were in 2 different cars) in 1991 my mother died after struggling to survive for 15 days, my father survived with lifelong injuries, in 2019 my daughter was hit by a PA drunk driver, she will be forever critical, wheelchair bound, five brain shunts, left her four children at home. Her 80 yr old father and I care for her 24/7 while the drunk drivers walk free with no injuries. We need STRONGER PUNISHMENT FOR DRUNK DRIVERS! Drunk Driving IS NOT A VICTIMLESS CRIME!
I hope this new law effects all of these police officers who has been getting dui of late and all them are repeat offenders

That's what's wrong with Pa about letting people go that does all kinds of crimes even drunk drivers. I believe if get caught for 1st time for drunk drivers then they can take coures even though it'll probably not work and when 2nd time it should be suspended driver's license again that wouldn't work neither because out there are so many people driving without driver's license.
