Dude is lucky they didn't shoot him right there.
I don't know how this guy could be this stupid, he very lucky to be alive, the prison time he going face will bring a lot of knowledge in the future, shoplifting for that little items, would have been jail time at the most, but attempt of murder on police officer and being under disability too, that looks to be 20 plus sentence, very stupid move. and why he had gun in Walmart? they may charge him with robbery too, added more time.

not trying to be rude or just respectful or trying to make a joke of this because this is a serious case when someone pulls a firearm any type of weapon but it seems like the police department will be adding do you have anything that's going to poke me or stab cut me do you have any explosive or (a firearm) . the guy that was United States Marine. if it wasn't for him this could have went to a different level. so now instead of us being a misdemeanor charge it has more unlikely probably become a prison sentence .
