I can’t make it out. I shot a picture and then zoomed in. I can’t make out well enough if that boat is carrying fuel if it’s not carrying fuel, it’s not an eminent threat to the United States. They need about 500 gallons of fuel that would be 10, 50 gallon tanks. It looks like they might have fuel on that boat. I’m not sure.
