All this supposed money mayor says he puts towards youth & saftey programs,& wants more money where we're any for tree lighting event? Who didn't see thus coming? Should have areas for youth to gather safely, pizza, dance, music afterwards, saftey dudes could of passed out flyers to teens. But can they conduct t hemselves in any kind of safe manner. They have no social abilities, have to go out in flash mobs. Maybe if some safe activities were organized downtown to keep them busy? All the money mayor claims he uses for them i dont see anything besides, Libraries, park houses that are free anyways! Mow the question of the curfew comes to play, it is a law, fucking enforce it. Come up with a structured activity till 10pm where they might want to go & behave & learn social abilities, yes it may cost money to put together but according to brandon he spends all this money on them.Tours downtown of cool spots they can hang for free & enjoy the City, knowledge of buildings, grant park
