If this is true that there was no intent to commit an attack why did the FBI seize illegal guns? Why did the judge sign off on the warrant? To issue a warrant there needs to be evidence or probable cause. When you are in possession of illegal guns that does constitute a possible intent to commit a crime and is a crime itself.
