keep control of your brat. pay the damage
You break it, you buy it. Simple and just.
Why should the cafe shop have to take a loss for someone’s negligence. Take responsibility!
they must have insurance
That little girl did not try to push the table, she shoved it over. If you look at it you can see exactly what she did.
get a table that is better supported. a marble top with 2 support legs. yeah it's going to be top heavy. Lucky it hasn't fallen over yet and hurt someone
Table was a hazard by poor design.
yes this is called accountability and being held responsible for ur and ur kids actions wtf do u expect should the restaurant have to just lose the table and the money it was worth
the table should have been bolted down for one thing.
Why would they have a table like that in ice cream shop. Luckily someone wasn’t killed or hurt. They would be sued for everything.
Why the hell the table not secured if it’s that easy to fall over
I’d say easy and pay it kid broke it so needs to be paid
What fool puts a expensive table that by the look of was supposed to be leaning on a wall be in the middle when you know that a simple push would bring tumbling down 🤔
🫵🏽 break; 🫵🏽 buy!!! Simply as that, accidents do happen but it’s called accountability.
Too bad don’t have cable a 3 year old can push over.
why would you have a 2000 dollar table in a shop for. please explain
that table should have been secured now if the child was on the other side of the table that much marble would probably kill a young child. how about making the table secure before you go blaming a child for your companies mistakes. luck it wasn't worse.
Y was the kid pushing on it anyway?? Wasn't in her way.
The establishment should be grateful that the table did not collapse on a child, as that would have been a tragedy. The table was inherently hazardous, and the customer bears no responsibility for the incident. Enough said.
Why have such an expensive table in your Cafe?
You should’ve called the cops
So you’re mad that you have to pay for something you and your kid broke? So you want the business owner to pay for it 🤦♂️
seems like a lawsuit to have something that heavy not secured properly. if I was on the other side eating and it tipped over id be pissed off.
Kids should behave but this marble table fell over easily and it a good thing it didn’t fall on anyone. I’m sure they have insurance. Bad publicity
screw that. that's why you have insurance. I wouldn't have given them any information. and if they tried to impead my movements, all they would have gotten was hurt.
they would have had to call the police I wouldn't have gave them anything because the table should be more secure
gotta pay for those damages. on the other hand, the store should of had the table pinned down
Public cafe, maybe secure the table to the ground, many ways to do it 🤷♂️
the table was was top-heavy and not anchored down. The restaurant's fault.
no more ass whipping, that's whats wrong with society, no more discipline.
look at the table, I see a hazard and they are lucky no one was hurt ..
in all fairness that table should have been anchored to the floor
That's why you have insurance for your business. Must not have been a well built table if a toddler could push it over... unstable and a liability to have in your store.
Definitely not safe if anyone can tip that!
She should give something towards @least.
You should of done nothing, it was an accident and the table wasn't properly secured!!! They wanna play sue them for the injury to your child 😆!
You don’t use pricey one ton tables in an ice cream par. They are lucky one of those tables didn’t fall over on a small child because it would have caused serious injury or possibly death. If those tables are that expensive then you know it is definitely insured she just wanted to get paid twice! Not a very smart cafe owners! The risk of injury to a child would just be too great a risk to have heavy wobbly marble tables. Mom should sue them for wreckless endangerment of children kidnapping and extortion. That table would not have easily been pushed over had it been sitting level on the ground. Real marble is really heavy. A 3 year old child shouldn’t have been able to push it over so easily.
the kid was sitting on Grandma's lap and taking her feet and pushing it that's why I fell over. you break it you're responsible
funny how most of the comments in here are going against the OWNERS instead of the little brat...AMAZING
Don't have expensive marble tables in high traffic restaurants if you're not prepared to pay for them being damaged in some way shape or form.
That’s a safety issue right there…
Illegal asf
Little girl did that on purpose it wasn't an accident
Pay for them people table simple
This mother is responsible.
She could and should have sued that table is a liability its business 🤷🏾♂️
that is BS because if a child can tip it over it's a scam
Imagine that table landed on the child or your child
it's kidnapping...should have been secured...
Keep control of your gremlins
