I completely agree with this officer — our justice system is deeply flawed and often fails to hold criminals accountable. I've seen numerous cases where offenders are released without facing any real consequences for their actions.

To all of you that aren’t bother by people shooting at or killing police, how would you explain to daughter that you’re not strong enough to stop the guy or guys that raped, and she’d just have to accept it. Or to look at your wives and kids and say you’re sorry that they can’t for a few days because you are big enough to stop the people who stole all the food out of you house. Or if you’re really lucky, you’ll have to pony up half of your income every week to some Mafiosa or or some gang bangers to protect you. There’s always gonna be bad officers, doctors, and bad people. But remember, the only thing standing between you and those that would victimize you, are those officers. There was a point in my life, where my actions sent me to prison, it wasn’t anybody else’s fault, but mine. I’m so tired of people blaming the officers for the criminal’s actions.
