I understand the click bate reactionary nature of this. We don't have all the details. This judge could be doing something wrong or supporting the rule of law. The details are important. If ICE was going to deport the man no matter what happened in the court, that would be wrong of ICE. What was the hearing for? Legalization process, speeding ticket, DUI? We don't know.
