Cop got his highest desire, an excuse to shoot someone. He entered gun drawn , no yelling. Man's weapon not at ready, he was rational, cop could of backed out, and diffused situation. There is no questioning of female to find out sit rep. Cop does not make it known he is entering domicile. Will be ruled as, "Justified Shooting,". This is how cops are trained, as miitary in combat, and any interactions with "Civilians" , ( you and I), as a possible life threatening situation.

Story update:cop was fired and charged with aggravated assault and murder.cops walk in as guy is saying don't come near me, and cop just shoots 1st and not ask or say anything.Judge told the cop that he has no cause for harm when he 2as holding the gun and wasn't pointing at him. so judge charged cop, man dies and woman well reports didn't say anything on her.
