I mostly agree. Though, I just want to add that kids naturally develop feelings for people, and that's okay. Having teachers who make ALL kids feel safe and welcome is important, and that's also just good teaching. To be clear though, any adult teaching kids explicit sexual content outside of age-appropriate SexED (Highschool) is weird, regardless of whether it's straight or gay content. That distinction often seems to get lost in these debates.
