I would agree to a point. if you had enough for personal use, then release. but if you have an intent to distribute then you stay in jail
I don't. they still committed crimes when it was illegal. don't do the crime, if you can't do the time. what's more tho, I don't think anyone should go to jail for weed, but that was the law and they knowingly broke it. gotta pay the consequences
they were....any state that legalises has the release those charged for it
let me guess, Florida?
listen to never been locked up for selling a natural plant that's a government using us against ourselves for money to control us
braking the law is braking the law just dont get caught
I agree
so if the government decides to sell cocaine..y'all a be cool with it too..while other people went to jail for it...it's crazy how dumb people can actually be
I would never by weed from a dispensary. Once the government gets their hands on it, it's over. You better be careful, because some of these places are selling fake weed
California did release all cannabis crimes, but that's California, they aren't known for hurting the people who support them
Very true. Wonder how many politicians are owners of these dispensaries?
no you still broke the law maybe if u didnt you would had no problems
if you break the law you go to jail, it's pretty simple
im 100% no weed..... but I also agree whit this vodeo
love this woman
I 100% agree
I 💯 % agree

any drug that has to be refined or chemically processed needs to be illegal Marijuana is a plant that can be picked and dried with no outside interference it's nature.
the cartel kills competitors government locks up theirs.
The reason the government gets mad at street dealers for selling marijuana is because they can't get a dollar out of the deal in other words tax the major suppliers so they lock you up for any amount you have
I would agree with you if they hadn't broken a law it was the law then and they broke it then so a crime is a crime today if they get caught maybe not but they still broke them all
I agree wholeheartedly. It was afarse in the first place. How many judges, congressman, senators, president's and on and on who continued to use even though it was deemed illegal. We put up with too much b/s.
I disagree. They were locked up when it was still a crime. Therefore, they committed a crime and should stay in prison
No it was illegal when the committed the crime they knowingly broke the law.
What did they do with everyone in jail after prohibition was repealed
Yet they knowingly and willingly broke the law. So no!
absolutely right just legalize it all
weed maybe anything else you stay
They have been released
Definitely agree
It would be nice if they could do that. But the laws were set in place back then with They're sentencing.I do believe they'd have to finish most of their sentence before they be released but i'm not a hundred percent sure.
Marijuana does not cause more lung cancer than cigarettes. Tobacco smoke contains many carcinogens and has a stronger link to lung cancer. Cigarette users typically smoke more frequently than marijuana users. Research on marijuana's link to lung cancer is ongoing, and no conclusive evidence exists to equate its risk with cigarettes. However, smoking any substance can irritate the lungs, so moderation and caution are advised to minimize potential health risks.
yeah what about those of us that did our time for possession of marijuana they releasing people early then they better start compensating those of us that did our time
it doesn't work like that, it was illegal and a crime then so they get punished for breaking the law, even though people eventually made it legal, it doesn't change the fact that the law was broken when it was illegal. this comment isn't to say that they should stay in jail or prison, just an explanation as to how the justice system would see it.
right makes sense to me BUT THAT WOULD BE CUTTING INTO THE GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE PRISON MONEY pretty sure that ain't going to happen
they broke the law and were convicted
You dont know, you're right
mind your business lady
they usually are
No lies told
I agree
