She needed to go to prison for life and all the children need to be given to family
it wasn't just an accident it was neglect. they should have all went to prison. mom too. she left that baby in the apartment with no adult supervision and a gun. they are all guilty. how sad we don't punish like we should.
Yes accidents happen but in my opinion every adult sitting in the car should be behind bars. You don’t leave children unsupervised & where you can’t even hear them. Kids are naturally curious. All these women failed those children that day..
She needs to do life .
she needed to get more time you don't leave a loaded weapon unattended around kid's 😭
yes csuse it was a mistske not ention. so im sure she lern her mistake
extend that sentence
I sure am glad that NONE of you all are GOD because I see no Mercy nor Grace from you all. Think about that when it's your turn to be judged.😲😲😲🤔🤔🤔
i think it's a slap on the wrist
Yes it was not enough time she needed more
life in lock up
She certainly didn’t seem too fazed by it, gauging from her smirky expression in court….
any mother doing what she was doing and directly causing what she did should immediately have her other 6 kids adopted out of her house and then she should be put in prison for the same amount of time her 7 year old boy is dead and in the graveyard
No cause it had nothing to do to do with drinking the tequila. A weapon was left unattended. The four year-old with a person got it that had nothing to do cause even if she wasn’t drinking they probably fix cars. They women probably don’t have them men and she went out to help a friend or whoever fix a car and the accident happened now I don’t think she should get all that time. I think she should’ve gotten probation and I think it would should have been for the weapon, not being secured, but you know how they are in Puerto Ricans and blacks that was a white person able to say oh you suffered enough. White boy killed and raped a four year-old and got probation and put on a sex offenders list for 10 years. Where is justice not for us
not enough for being so CARELESS with a FIREARM and CHILDREN any DUMBASS knows that's not a good combination SMH..
With Any kids around , she should have had that gun locked up.
No life
life.
i understand a accidents happen but why was there a gun in her purse it needs to be locked up plus hope she had a license to use the gun
never keep fire arms unattended well what ever it is you do the crime and you do the time
children left is always accidents going to happen. she got enough time.
12+12 is 24 am I missing something 😳😳😳😂😂😂
Rest Easy son
I don't understand how anyone leaves children by themselves without protection and a weapon that is not locked away? she has that dumb look on her face like it's nothing I am so hungry
she did not get enough
Prayers for this child
she needed life
no she needs more to to think I am a mother do your job 🙄
she is suppose to never see daylight
she doesn't deserve to be freedom 😡
thirty seven years at least.
Y'all keep saying it was an accident, is leaving a loaded gun within reach of children an accident? I'm sorry, but this why our children keep killing each other! She should have been charged with manslaughter, 3 years ain't enough for being stupid!
Well with 7 kids we could believe the state made sure they had a roof over their heads but no mom to bathe and care for them. She well deserved those 3 years maybe those children might have a better life elsewhere.
This was not an accident, it was negligence in two ways. The kids were alone, and she left them alone with an unsecured weapon. I feel like its negligent homicide.
Just Trifling, Just IRRESPONSIBLE!!! There’s no Mam nor Alcohol that WILL EVER , NEVER,EVERRR will come before my KIDS…..
I think she should go to prison way longer than 37 months. But that is my opinion🤐
the mother of the child herself sounds careless sad story
It’s the weak mind of the person drinking it.
I think she got enough time, lady forgave her, and I bet she won't leave her kids alone ever again.
a life for a life is how I feel
She has resting drunk face.
All of the parents should have gone to jail that day.
An innocent child lost their life because Tasha thought it was more important to sit in her vehicle and act like a teenager instead of being responsible and watching her kids. She needs way more than 3 years. This wasn't no accident. It's straight up, neglect and her being stupid.
Parents require breaks.
🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
What 🤔
nice lisp
one, those kids should have Not been left alone so she could go drinking and two she should be more responsible for her weapon. so yeah she got what she deserved.
yeah. she had to do that time. cause she should have put the gun up. she knew those children were in that house and she knew she had a gun that she should have put up
