I used to go over to Memphis. I live in Arkansas in Little Rock. I quit going there years ago Tennessee is a tough state. The law usually is I can’t believe they let Memphis get like this, but it’s been this way for many years. I’m a white guy and blacks here in Little Rock warned me against going their years ago.
