it's true about it being reported as ammonium nitrate explosion it's also true that there are hundreds of unaccounted for dirty bombs floating around that region lol
for all the conspiracy theorists.... this explosion was due to the improper storage of 2750 tons of ammonium nitrate in August of 2020. it was seized In 2013, the vessel was diverted to Beirut due to financial and technical difficulties; it was subsequently impounded by Lebanese authorities, and the cargo was offloaded into a port warehouse where it remained unsecured for six years.

Warehouse 12 in Beirut. This happened 8/4/2020. It was storing ammonium nitrate and fireworks, that had been confiscated from Rhosus. Started as a small fire, quickly spread and ignited the ammonium nitrate and fireworks.
I was never allowed to use the taco bell bathroom again after this 😅

now that's anfo pretty much the same explosive... ammonium nitrate and diesel fuel that was supposedly leaking from the hull of that ship. only problem is for that big of an explosion it had to be mixed properly in ratio somehow. was an impressive explosion though very hard to escape that kind of blast .
