wow. i have not felt this way about a rock n roller's passing since jimi hendrix. there have been many others, john lennon, honeyman scott, james brown, ricky nelson, stevie ray, christine mcvee, michael jackson, prince and a lot more. but ozzy's has hit different.

This is not specific to Ozzy, but with so many people that loved him in his contributions during his life, and myself now being 53, which is not super old but I have never taken care of myself in life so I'm faced with the reality of my own mortality, makes me really sad that we all just die. I think pretty much everybody has people that love them and will miss them terribly and it just makes me terribly sad. 💕

That became a bit more able to release my hurt and hate.The SA by my father. What started at 6 & ended at 16, when I left my father’s home & control. I walked out with the Police escort when was able to call them. Thank You OZZY for the ability to scream, cry, when finally alone.

seeing this is so bizarre to me. well I think it's heartwarming I remember the day when Ozzy was the bane of every mother's existence. politicians hated him leadership hated him families hated him mothers hated him. immediate derided him as a horrible human being. and yet here we are the world mourns at his death and the royal guard play one of his most iconic tunes. kind of surreal
