It looks like one of those tattoos in a shop that you went in 30 years ago of Betty boop on the wall there's no detail whatsoever in your tattoo
I hope that's not what he actually suggested because you could have turned that into a thousand different things before you blacked it out
as a tattoo artist you could have done anything besides blackout lol also that line work is trash
