I live next to a hoa community. They said they don’t have a key to any house in the community they don’t have rules about boxes on the porch. and how high a chair is. Or they sertenly don’t have notices about appliances in someone’s house. They said their only rules are don’t leave your trash cans out and make sure you space is clean. They do pay a service fee for their yard being done and they have to attend meetings so they know about everything going on in their community that’s it that’s all they demand of their community
