It might have been a skunk scared the dog. There's a little one who's really pretty, white with a black stripe, but then another tremendously large one too. Three times bigger than your typical skunk. When you walk up on him, he just walks away like you're a nobody. But it could have been a mink, because there was an activist who set all the minks free from the farm. They're vicious.
