I had about 5 little wanna be thugs show up at my house about 4:00am back, last summer. First they were at my bedroom window, but I caught them there & invited them inโฆ they came around to my front door and I stood in my hallway and discharged my 380 towards the front door. The exit holes are still there, but the little shits havenโt been back. I wasnโt charged with anything. I laid my gun on a hall table and sat down in the powder bath & called the cops. They swarmed my house, took every gun my husband & I owned. Talked with me about everything. I was alone & this was the third time they had been to my home. 2 weeks later, 2 of them were charged with attempted murder, armed robbery of a convenience store and shot one of their own buddies 6 times and heโs currently in a wheelchair. They both in jail. My husband got home the next day, from a job on the road and got all of his guns back & MY gun back. I even got the slugs they recovered at the scene ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ so I have souvenirs ๐true story
Too bad the low prevents you from shooting through the door you will go to jail, but in this case, if I the judge, Iโd let them free because obvious this person had clearly bad intentions
